      Pros

      The of CSRs and Management are all very friendly if you avoid the company politics.

      Cons

      Bluetooth calls are the most common and are pretty much the same each time. It can make the job somewhat monotonous. The attendance policy needs some revision. Its somewhat strict.

      Best employee engagement activities; fair incentive scheme and offers profit share at the end of the year for deserving employees on top of the monthly and quartely incentives

      Cons

      Redundant policies need to be streamlined, recruitment policies can be improved and standardized. Other centers offer higher pay for specialized skills.
