Pros

you get your money every monday (weekly)

Cons

The management is really horrible. They told us 'if you bring a friend into this company, you will get 1000 Pounds' Thats actually a lie. You have to fight for your 1000 pounds and your flight costs! The Managers don't know anything and they fire you so easily. You get less paid when you do overtime. If you do more emails as your target is, you will not get a 'Thank you'. The Managers in my contracts will stalk you! So don't do something wrong. We are so many Agents here, sometimes you have to come 30 min earlier to work to get a PC. If you select something wrong in the status in your system ... oh hell... you will get investigation email and hey! When you are sick, but you go to work, you have to taking calls even you don't have a voice!!!

Pros

They hire without experience so it's a good place to start for someone without call center experience.

Cons

We more or less lied to customers. Did not give refunds unless they were explicitly requested. Software and system used to help drivers was always going down.
