Pay is awful. They raise only if the government wants. They will always ask you more and more to do for the same money, You are controlled everywhere you go, you cannot even go to the toilet in peace or someone will come up to you asking what you've been doing. Management is absolutely poor; they are just society leftovers feeling they have some sort of importance. All members are absolutely insane. It doesn't matter what you know but who you know. Nepotism everywhere If you are an agent, you will be controlled. If you are a manager you can afford yourself to spend your day doing nothing. No one will care about

You’re promised a full time position with overtime, growth, and financial opportunities but that is not what you will receive. People were being sent home every day on VTO and MTO. They said it was due to not having enough call volume but they would still hire on more training classes. They have no problem sending you home but will not allow a flexible schedule in case you need another job. The only time I received my full time hours was during training periods which was a total of 3 weeks during my 4 months of working there. There is a severe lack of communication amongst the management team that strongly affects the productivity on the floor. There is also no accountability in the higher levels of management. Very disappointing experience overall. Save yourself some stress and avoid working at this place at all costs.
