Attendance policy doesn't allow for illness. They are too quick to fire based on attendance in order to meet a metric
They keep on repeating that there is a contract saying that we were available 24/7. No work- life balance.
If you book a vacation, they approve each separate day so if you are out of town, you are expected to show up for the day that was not approved then resume your vacation.
They think they own their employees.
There's alot of negative feedback, very little positive feedback.
Supervisors are poorly trained.
Trainers are poorly trained.
They cut hours around Christmas time
They force overtime by adding on your schedule in a sneaky way. If you don't work your extra hour or two then they start removing attendance points.
The building always had a funny smell and management doesn't care.
Any praise is superficial.
They are morally bankrupt
