Pros

work from home was nice.

Cons

the management will not answer questions that are serious. You are graded on a BROKEN metrix system. You are judged on the metrix system so you can be fired at anytime. If you are an honest person, this job is going to be very challenging. Good luck anyway.

Pros

Meet a ton of great employees. A lot of pleasant co-workers. Coworkers had fun, up beat personalities. When we meet our goals then there was pizza ordered. once every 3 months.

Cons

Constantly Micro-managed. Once applied for other positions, there were a million reasons why I could not be hired within the company. Asap I was terminated, my team lead critiqued the heck of my calls. Training was OK. The pay is not enough

Pros

Fellow employees are awesome to work with.

Cons

Attendance policy doesn't allow for illness. They are too quick to fire based on attendance in order to meet a metric They keep on repeating that there is a contract saying that we were available 24/7. No work- life balance. If you book a vacation, they approve each separate day so if you are out of town, you are expected to show up for the day that was not approved then resume your vacation. They think they own their employees. There's alot of negative feedback, very little positive feedback. Supervisors are poorly trained. Trainers are poorly trained. They cut hours around Christmas time They force overtime by adding on your schedule in a sneaky way. If you don't work your extra hour or two then they start removing attendance points. The building always had a funny smell and management doesn't care. Any praise is superficial. They are morally bankrupt
