Pros
The best thing is the office area and the cafeteria. Cybercity is an awesome place to work for and Concentrix is one of the best in it's kind. You'll get your salary in time and the company does not fire until you've committed a serious policy violation like COEBC violation. If you resigned, they'll give you a chance to sleep over your decision. The company has growth, and IJP is really transparent, If you've got talent you'll grow. Overall company has good benefits and if you've patience you can grow to anything.
Cons
Now coming to the cons side. The salary is little low you'll get only 15-17k if you're band 3 and increment is really a slow process. I worked in Amazon process and it's 2 Am shift is really scary. Cab facility is for 7 PM to 7 Am window and there is 80% chance that you'll get only 1 side cab and on the additional pain the cab amount is deducted to half nobody knows why? 9 hours and 30 minutes shift and 1 hour break in that. Production hours is 8hours and 15 minutes.
