Pros

The only good thing about this company is that you work at home.

Cons

Nothing is consistent, your schedule is constantly changing and they basically tell you what schedule you will work. Your manager changes every other month. Training is so inadequate they won't train you to use the systems. You are on your own in every aspect of this company.

Pros

In return for spending the most active part of your week answering telephone calls for Concentrix's client, you are remunerated by direct electronic transfer into the bank account of your nomination.

Cons

The micromanagement. Agents are incentivised to get customers off the phone as quickly as possible rather than helping them with their problem., whilst giving the impression of being "helpful". This is so that the company can approach potential clients and point to their high customer satisfaction ratings and comparatively low average call handling times.

Pros

Good work experience, usually quite a bit of work to do with some down time, always learning, other agents are generally really nice and make the work environment fun. Account manager is awesome.

Cons

Team leader has some of the poorest team leader skills I have witnessed in the workplace. Has the motto of 'I am here to work, not make friends. I am not your friend' (has said this directly to agents) - but still doesn't create a work environment that is enjoyable or where you feel comfortable. Favouritism is a big thing with this team leader. Has come to work drunk a few times. Always smells of smoke. Some days is so lovely, other days you cannot talk to her. Cannot follow through with PDP's, always says she has work too much work to do, but won't delegate and will leave agents doing nothing all day.
