      Pros

      Supervisor that actually listens to his team. Expectations are given up front. Attendance, good attitude and hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      The pay could be higher for the field. Upper management taking too long to deal with policy or integrity issues at the hourly level.

      Maybe a good way to start in IT industry or Sales/Customer service Industry. Possible progression to Team leader, Quality coach, Supervisor positions for those who are desperate in life and want to hide somewhere.

      Cons

      Uneducated Incompetent management at all levels. Supervisors literally sleep at work while agents for hard. Favouritism.You will not be judged by your results but by how well your relations are with Sups. Go Daddy contract is clearly underpaid compared to what the Job actually is. Simple employee requests like asking for holidays or asking for a payslip or asking for your password to access your mailbox will take months and months. Quality coaching is a total joke : People with no experience in sales advise you and tell you what to do....
