Pros

PTO and opportunities to broaden your horizons in the customer experience field

Cons

Payroll is terrible, unorganized, no one seems to know their position or responsibility, low incentives. This company will give you the opportunity to gain experience through promotion. However, often times you are asked to take on upper management responsibilities with no pay increase. Additionally, you will be lucky if your paycheck ever comes in correct and on time. The company is unorganized and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Once you are no longer needed or you start speaking up on what's going on in the company they will look for every reason possible to fire you. I'm thankful I was able to gain experience in management but I was used and ask to take over team lead responsibilities for no pay increase, for almost a year.

Pros

If you can walk their talk you can do well. Cheerleaders welcome!

Cons

Real payroll issues. Gave 60 Day WARN so they don't have to pay severance package. State they are cutting edge but just another IBM. They want you to live the culture 24/7 to get ahead. They want transparency from the advisors but not from the company. Cut jobs so they can increase profits by going from $12.00 call center to $9.00 work at home. Also going overseas.
