Overtime was offered a lot and they had incentives to give out.

Cons

Management is terrible, they act as if they're better than you when they were once in the same position. They are lazy and not a great support system when it comes to team effort. They care so much about numbers and not enough about making sure we are fully educated on how to successfully do our job.

Doesn't matter if it's work at home, you still have to be camera ready. Management is AWFUL -no one is on the same page Salary on the low side, too much stress
