Horrible company to work for. Staff are pushed to breaking point with people often out on stress leave and feeling depressed and stressed. Morale is terribly low. Most are all desperately looking for a new job. Management are constantly told about problems and fail to act. They are more interested in signing new clients than their people. In general senior level staff treat lower grade staff like dirt and get away with it especially if they are bringing money into the business or have contacts in high places. There are no benefits and wages are not great. No payrises either. There is no money in the budget to buy decent equipment, facilities or to place staff in decent working sites. Company is very stingy. HR dept is pretty much non-existent and useless. No-one actually can figure out what they do and are not visible or approachable. Wages are not paid in on time most months. Staff who leave the company are not replaced and their workload given to those who are left behind and who are already overloaded and struggling. Stay clear of this company - you couldn't do any worse.

The entire process is very unorganized.
