Pros

It's a good place to get experience, but you will go through hell to get it. I spent nearly a decade there on the account, and almost 2 years with concentrix, and it was not worth it.

Cons

Management doesn't care about the quality of employee. Metrics are always incorrect, and managers are made to deliver them any way. CEO's plan for the future is to dual skill employees so that they can reduce work force. This place is full of yes men, that only care about numbers, if if the numbers are wrong.

Pros

Great pay, great people. The biggest pro is the fact that I have been able to move up in the company each year I've worked here. I started at Concentrix about 5 years ago as a call center agent. Within the first year I was moved into a supervisor position. Since then I was moved into a team manager spot and now I run a whole program.

Cons

There were some pay issues that lasted a couple weeks. It has since been resolved. The only other con is some of the employees are very negative, this is usually due to the fact that they aren't very good at their job and are on their way out. Which, really, in my mind is a pro.
