      Pros

      Hours are cool. Overtime is plentiful but not mandatory. The people are cool.

      Cons

      Management is not very communicative. Pay is meh. Won't work with a schedule.

      The only pro I can think of is the pay

      Cons

      Lot of cons, trainers are terrible. They treat people like they are irrelevant, they show favoritism and they tend to ignore you a lot when you need help.

      Pros

      Since concentrix has taken over 4 months ago the benefits are much better. Sick days, vacation days, pto and 401k.

      Cons

      For some majority of employees have not had their direct deposit to go through. One pay period people only got a 40 hour check instead of 80. Now this time 20 out 400 people got paid. No one direct deposit went through and we are on day 3 of no check and payday was Friday. All this happen 6 days before Christmas. No one can tells us what happen.
