I have been working for the Company for 13 years.I like that I am working in a diverse environment, I had opportunity to work with so many different people, from different nationalities, with unique characters, different culture, religion and language. I have learnt a lot not only from my direct managers, but also from my peers and employees.I am happy that in Concentrix I always had the opportunity to choose my career path without feeling limited or restricted in my decisions.

Cons

Better social package, Work in direction to keep W@H opportunities for the people who prefer to work from home and have better balance between personal life and job.

Cons

Bad management and tremendous politics inside office. You will not get the paper for the promotion after 6months also.
