Pros

work at home, what's not to love? loaned a computer and ipod no drug testing, not that I would have failed

Cons

one hand doesn't know what the other is doing short training time no support in chat while on phones hard to get a simple question answered in other departments like payroll 'release' process needs a lot of work My mother died and as a full-time employee I got three paid days off. Unfortunately my mother's estate took more than three days to take care of, and so eventually I was let go. It took me more than a month after I was fired to get those 3 paid days in check form, and endless emails with at least three different people. I did get unemployment however, because all I ever heard when I called out was, 'bereavement is only three days' before I got fired, so there was not any warning about how I'd be let go if I continued calling out. So there's that. This is how I was fired: 'Went' to work, worked about 3 hours. Took a break, came back and the programs had shut me out. Tried to log back in, could not do so. Texted TL and the TL in charge of pay, one replied. 'Due to too many missed days of work, the company has decided to release you from employment. Good luck with your future endeavors.' Texted back that I had been actually WORKING and no one bothered to say anything in chat, or call me on the phone, they just shut me out in the middle of my work day. Got another text that said the same thing, with an added, 'This issue is now closed.' Well, thanks. So fired with no warning, while working, and I cannot ask about it? Great employee relations stuff there! And the 4-7 people I was emailing/chatting with during my time out for my mother's death? Not ONE said anything resembling 'I'm sorry for your loss.' Plus, the interview process takes almost a month to complete, there are jobs where you get hired almost right away, Concentrix has a class about once a month it seems, and if you miss it, then they drag out the process to keep you on the hook until the next class.

Pros

Honestly, none that anyone could think of except for - Trust the reviews My tenure at Concentrix has been marked by a series of disappointments and frustrations that I feel compelled to share for the benefit of prospective employees. From the outset, the lack of effective communication within the organization has been glaring. Important updates and information seem to vanish into thin air, leaving employees bewildered and hindered in their work. The absence of clear guidance from leadership only adds to the confusion, making it challenging to navigate daily tasks. The company culture at Concentrix is regrettably uninspiring. Morale is notably low, and the atmosphere lacks the camaraderie and teamwork one would hope for in a professional setting. There's a palpable sense of indifference that permeates the workplace, making it difficult to feel motivated or engaged. Technologically speaking, Concentrix falls short of contemporary standards. Outdated systems and tools hinder productivity rather than supporting it. It's perplexing to witness a company of this size and stature neglecting the importance of investing in modern technologies to streamline operations. Equally concerning is the apparent disregard for employee well-being. The work-life balance is heavily skewed towards work, with minimal consideration for the personal lives and mental health of the workforce. It's disheartening to see a company overlook the fundamental need for a supportive and healthy work environment. In summary, my experience at Concentrix has been far from satisfactory. I caution those contemplating employment with this company to weigh the potential drawbacks carefully. There are undoubtedly better opportunities available that prioritize employee satisfaction, professional growth, and a positive work culture.

Cons

Where do I even begin... 1. Micromanaging 2. Leave Violation 3. Unfair treatment 4. Seniority Culture 5. Undeclared deductions 6. No respect.
