      Concentrix has proved to have a positive and constant approach towards our employees and their development. It has multiple strategies and departments oriented towards well-being and growth of our teams, allowing cohesion between our personal and professional goals.

      Cons

      As of now, Concentrix has been working towards implementing AI toolsets aiming at improving the work and focus on their people. This is an ongoing strategy that will allow a more people oriented mindset for our teams, but as these systems become part of the processes they remain on an exploration stage.
