There are no advantage at all, rather than spoling our carriers.

Cons

No values, forced to follow informal actions, forced to accept monthly performance, worst parameters that keeps on changing every quarter atleast. No resolution or action taken when raised concerns.

The location is good and ok.

Cons

When I joined, the salary was a significant advantage, but now they've reduced it for new employees. We have fewer vacation days, we used to have coffee and fruit, and now they've cancelled everything. Since Webhelp took over, the company has gone from bad to worse. Now, every month there's a mess with the salaries; we receive the wrong amount, and the company never responds. They hold meetings to figure out what to improve, but it's pointless. They unexpectedly charged several employees for health insurance without warning or asking anything.
