Used to be plenty when it was ServiceSource, work from home for most roles still. Great starter job to get corporate experience and learn how to work in the grind

Cons

Has gone downhill since it was purchased by Concentrix, theyre a call center company that cant keep or grow B2B business. Pay is abysmal and upward mobility is limited.

The only good thing you can find here is a good colleagues

Cons

HR is one sided and do not fully investigate the case clearly and the result is massive termination and suspension. Team leads is bias. This company do not care rather you are a top performer or not. Racisms, favouritism is everywhere. Every help that you gave to this company is nothing at the end of the day. THERE IS NO WORK LIFE BALANCE HERE.
