Pros

The people are friendly, and the company will occasionally provide gifts, raffles, and sometimes free food. Offers lots of resources for employees' mental health and work life balance. Offers decent selection of food and snacks in the break room.

Cons

Your experience depends on the client/project you are a part of. A lot of the projects there fail or close within the first year which adds to job insecurity. The projects typically fail because of ridiculous or unrealistic expectations of employees. Broken infrastructure like restrooms & water fountains tend to stay broken for a while until repaired. Also, higher roles in the company rarely open up and offer small pay increases, so it's difficult to move up.

Pros

- While the salary and benefits appear competitive, there may be inconsistencies in people management and a perceived lack of structured support that can affect the overall employee experience. - The organization offers a level of freedom and autonomy, though in the absence of a clearly communicated career development framework, some individuals may experience uncertainty or prolonged stress over time.

Cons

A noticeable lack of structured training and employee development programs often resulted in teams feeling underprepared, contributing to inconsistencies in performance. There appeared to be a frequent pattern of escalations, sometimes perceived as reactionary rather than grounded in proactive, solution-based leadership. In some cases, high-performing individuals may feel disproportionately relied upon, which can lead to burnout or the perception of being unfairly targeted in challenging situations. There seems to be limited focus on long-term career development or structured mentorship, with more attention often given to individual visibility and promotion over team collaboration and growth. During my time in this role, I raised a concern about management style and felt unsupported, as the feedback was not welcomed in a constructive manner. Additionally, when a team member sadly passed away, the situation was not communicated transparently to the wider team. This lack of openness and empathy created a negative environment and impacted trust within the team.

Pros

The people were (mostly) wonderful.

Cons

Literally everything else. When we ALL asked for a raise when they sent out surveys about employee retention, we were told that pay is not an "incentive" to come to work. They made us take a module as to why. I've never experienced gaslighting on that level before.
