      No pros a out this place just pure toxic higher ups, not educated, lack of managerial and analytical skills, the only thing that I can say it makes their business still active is their global marketing twam

      Site directors and operations managers lack the basoc skills of their roles, no clear vision, no visibility, no clear steps towards growth, not following the basic bpo guide lines, they know nothing about COPC implementation. Their moto is an employee is just a head that can be replaced in a blink of an eye
