Pros

My managers was nice and professional

Cons

Other managers not professional. Leadership goes out of the way so employee do not communicate through emails , exchange numbers, slack etc. Even when our manager leaders at 5pm they do not tell us who is in charge for night shift. This is done on purpose . So we won't have good communication with another manager and also so no one will bother manager at night. So basically if you work at night you are on your own.

Pros

diversity to understand cultural differences, good salary range for starters

Cons

very little yearly increment, underdeveloped career growth (the people who climb career leader mostly do not know what they're doing), management style that's very client-centric, so they don't really care much about their employee voices. Favoritism is in their bloodline, so if you want to climb career ladder please be an obedient employee, they LOVE that. Most of leaders here are very closed to changes and evolutions, so if you are the type to thrive in a collaborative environment, this place is not for you. Oh yeah, if you want to take MC, you have to pay RM25 co-payment, which I think this is the only company I ever met to implement such funny policy (my opinion).

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE

Pros

Competitive Salary Package Good benefits Lots of offices, Known company

Cons

The company culture feels like being at a university where everyone is expected to be a top student—always proactive, involved in extracurricular activities, and yet still delivering flawless, high-quality work on time. This kind of environment can quickly lead to burnout, as employees feel constant pressure to perform at peak levels in every aspect—like high-achieving students juggling academics, extracurriculars, and excellence. The expectation to always be 'on,' contributing beyond core responsibilities while delivering flawless work, creates unsustainable stress. Over time, this can erode morale, stifle creativity, and push talented people out simply because they can’t maintain an unrealistic pace. Most of the leaders have no kids. So they devote their life in the company.
