      - On-time payment is for sure - Opportunity to experience life in Malaysia as an expat - Ample opportunities to grow as an office slave climbing the ladder if you wish to

      Cons

      From my own experience ONLY: - daily prayer times not provided to agents, only available to back-office staff. if you're working as an agent, need to find a way to squeeze your prayers in when possible - dirty toilets is the usual as they don't hire enough cleaners for the job - the projects seem to start with simple processes then evolve into micro-managed kind of thing - 24/7 rotational shift kind of work so it's bad for health

      Pros

      Salaries are paid on time at the end of the month, and fellow agents are kind and supportive.

      Cons

      Working at Concentrix is frustrating because the support team doesn’t provide real support. They are quick to place blame but offer no solutions. The operational managers are too afraid to take risks and can’t do their jobs properly because they fear getting reprimanded by the clients. The Workforce Management (WFM) team is overly complicated, fearing backlash from the operational managers. Everyone seems to work in constant fear, with agents being the easiest target. Every move is controlled, down to the second of your day. If you challenge any of it, they run to the supervisors. Policies are made without proper assessment, and every demand from the client is agreed to without considering the reality on the floor.
