Good stepping stone for a first-time job-seeker with no experience, but don't stay longer than you have to or you will be wasting precious years Mental health service lets you talk to a mental health professional virtually for up to 6 sessions per year

Cons

Work arrangement is not flexible at all, even when the nature of your job permits remote work Salary review is non-existent No retirement fund No company sponsored events No engagement activities No holiday off Not sure if this is specific to our management, but they would always bait us with the promise of working from home knowing it has been reviewed and turned down by more senior management already. Tact and transparency is extremely lacking.

CNX seems to exclusively use management and trainers from third-world countries. The issue with third world management and supervisors: -uneducated -inexperienced -have no social skills to apply to a global organization's culture -they strive to worship corporate policy like robots with little regard for the humanity of their subordinates -they don't comprehend nuances of western culture and language -they do not care about and cannot empathize with their subordinates. -they're of extremely low emotional intelligence
