"A Challenging Work Environment That Needs Improvement"

Pros

Exposure to customer service roles and corporate work culture. Co-workers are generally supportive.

Cons

The work environment feels very restrictive, almost like being in a jail. Phones and food are not allowed, and breaks are extremely limited. There’s significant pressure from managers to write positive reviews about the company, which feels forced and unethical. Salary is not competitive considering the workload and expectations. Shift timings, mostly nights, are very taxing and negatively impact health. While I appreciate the learning opportunity, I would recommend the company address these concerns to improve employee satisfaction and overall morale.

I loved the fact I did the resume, speed test, the assessment and I was emailed 2 days later telling me they had a job offer for me without a interview, and that they want me to come to a informational job offer session tomorrow and I am pretty pleased. So I am thinking I have the job hopefully, so we shall see tomorrow at 130pm ESt
