Pros

You might meet a few good friends that are willing to help you along the way. Great exposure to international friends.

Cons

Environment can be toxic as each team will try to beat the crap of each other to meet the KPI of the month. You are constantly being pressured that you will be let go if you are unable to hit the metric.
