Got hired around 4/1, first day of training was 4/6...by 4/7 12pm the trainers told us they gave us as much info as they could and HAD to put us on the phones right then. So, a total of ZERO training prior to being put on phones as the only thing being accomplished in class was really setting up all the work systems / hoops you will have to jump through, and struggle with every step of the way. The actually training modules themselves were quick and easy to get through, but jfc the disoragnization from everything else.. the order of the mods needed to be done changing, the times you will be on the phone, your shifts, what you are trained for, blah blah blah - dude it was the WORST experience work wise. Seasonal gig was up, racked up a smooth 100+ hours of OT + "promised incentives for the peak time" - did not happen. CNX uses slack for all things tech probs, reporting, when they lay you off, lol...etc.
Systems are awful. Training awful. Everything really awful. Here is my helpful review and tip, DONT work there. I generally don't have issues with any places I work, this was simply just an extra job for fun but jeeeezus. They set the bar in he// for WFH CSR. Best of luck if you work for them.
