Pros

Good salary in compare to the required tasks.

Cons

*very bad and toxic environment, despite to what you will hear from the most. *there is no any focus on the development of the employees , so there is no opportunities to enhance your soft and hard skills. No courses or even any resources for developments. * promotions is rare , really really competitive, not enough promotion opportunities, no clear requirements for the promotion. * sharing pcs and desks system , so you will not have your own desk or pc , you will spend much time in downloading the used system , as you will use different pc every day . *bad location at the middle of a mall with very small place in compare to the large numbers of the employees. *very bad cleaning procedures of the company. * you can not leave your pc , even if you just want to walk or standup , also there is no toilet break , so you have to take from your own breaks if you just want to go the toilet, as you can not leave the desks without taking a break ,and if you did you will be terminated.also, you can’t talk to your colleagues as you might take an hr action for just talking with your colleagues. * bad management, micro management

Pros

They increased pay rate several times while I was employed there. They offered incentive bonuses .

Cons

Your TMS scores make or break your ability to have a job even if the negative numbers were proven to be totally out of your control and sometimes the clients fault. You work hard to give excellent customer service only to receive a negative review because the clients tools are not working properly. They write you up over something you had no way to prevent. There’s also no room to advance. I expressed to a supervisor that I was taking college courses for digital marketing and would like to stay with the company upon completion . I was led to a dead end. The only movement I could make was in something I wasn’t interested in at all which was being a supervisor.

Pros

ot incentive and retention attendance incentive, most of the supports help us grow in our knowledge

Cons

Kicker of being able to render an OT like not padsing metrics. Irrelevant reason of not being allowed to take RDOT on certain day like MONDAY. Supports who are personally attacking agents like humiliating us by announcing some deeds that supports did not want us to have acted or done. The humiliation of being announced that we have been surveyed with a DSAT.
