Management are underqualified. they promote their friends to be managers and take the positions that bring bonuses , they manage people by fear from taking out their bonuses. Mothers after maternity dont have any potential to grow , no clear communications about bonuses and achievements . False promises

Horrible hours, schedule is not explained clearly, trainers and middle managers are extremely unprofessional, company illegally terminated me and several of my coworkers without notice and withheld pay.
