Pros

Ten years ago, I started out at a game changing advisor level answering calls to provide the best customer service possible. The opportunities for mentorship, career development, coaching and growth bloomed quickly. I advanced through the ranks in the operations side of the house from agent to coach to team leader then took a different journey into talent acquisitions. It has been absolutely one of the best companies I have ever worked at. The leadership support, the one Concentrix mindset and culture are top notch. This company is also very community and cause focused which speaks to my spirit. I could not think of anywhere I would rather be employed at. What energy you put in is always returned and for that I am truly grateful for the many opportunities to network, engage and rise!

Cons

I have no constructive feedback for this organization.

Pros

None at all. Awful company with no ethics.

Cons

I joined as a social media advisor, they spent 3 months training us and then the week after training moved us to a different campaign, doing a completely different role. They had spent months telling us how vital we were and how great we were doing compared to experienced staff, and people from ops and team leaders told us off the record we wouldn't be moved, but then they disposed us at the first opportunity. Yes, it is in the contract they can move us, but they undertook a recruitment campaign for months, to con us into believing we were there to make a difference. Webhelp have zero ethics and will sell you out as soon as they can. The ops team at the Glasgow office have no integrity or shame. Trust me, do not believe what they say during recruitment. 'People first' actually means you're the first people out of the door. My entire team got moved to another campaign with IKEA for a completely different role that we didn't apply for and now most of us have quit and found something better. Karma is real and Webhelp will get investigated for how they manipulate recruitment. do not give this company the privilege of using you then disposing of you when it suits. We learned the hard way and don't want others to make the same mistake
