      Good salary, perfect to pay for the therapy you need for this job

      Pros

      Good salary for entrance-level employees. Overtime work was paid and not requested. They're begging people to work, so you know it's bad.

      Cons

      -Extreme micromanagement, make sure you train your bodily -functions for your exact 15 minute break times. Extremely cold, hall-like office for over 100 people, bring your winter jacket even during summer. -Minimal training. The procedures charts were always changing and I never fully knew what to do in the messy situation the clients called me about. Many team leaders that I had to call for help were asking me how come I didn't know this and that. The GDPR were so strict, I couldn't even take notes home with me to teach myself the procedures to keep up. -90% of the issues were due to clients being shocked that they could not get a refund for a non-refundable order. This was also due to the poor website design, showing certain important information only in tiny text in a pop-up that is easy to miss. Due to this I wasn't able to feel empathy for any side and my work felt meaningless.

      Pathetic place to work

      Pros

      They will give you immense work so you will learn faster than any other organisation.. you will learn to help yourself without any support( no support provided by them), many of them have been complaining about their seniors to the higher management (they convey the same to the person in question, which makes the employee even more pathetic). There a very few people who are supporting.

      Cons

      They do not respect their top performers as well . If somehow you could not serve their notice period then they will impose it on you and keep paying you couple of thousands (keep marking LWP untill last working day as per their 90days notice).. later they will send you recover Letter where you will have to pay that amount which they gave you even when you were not working for them at all..this cheap tactics is famous in this org..they don't even have a proper HR department.. if you put down the papers then no one contact you untill your last working day..if you send an email or question anything it always gets delayed.

      Management is not chosen by merit rather by friendship, that results in poor management caused by HR that is not effective
