      Best Company only if you not expect more salary and no carrier growth

      Cons

      Report managers are playing politics on the developers and doing favorism to the close friends or their known persons. If you question on their decisions (with respect to the project or raised any concerns about the project operations or technical decisions) then you won't get any salary hike or promotions. And also they will change the reporting manager of the candidate and will provided bad reviews to the candidate while processing the yearly review (appraisal process) since that is doing on the background without knowing you. Especially, these politics are genuinely high in Seattle area.

      Great team members, close knit. Work cohesively together in projects. Beautiful office space to work in before COVID. Good benefits. Professional and personal development allowance is fantastic! Health AND Dental insurance is also another benefit that I have enjoyed having

      Attrition rate - a lot of resignations over the past 6 months Management claims they listen but no action following the risks highlighted. Major delay in making decisions on salary bands revision (more than 6 months!) causing team members to leave the organisation Global Management are too far detached from the critical state the SG office is in. Global Management need to support the ASEAN leaders not by lip service but with actions to improve things. Only then, SG will be able to meet the full potential of success it is capable of

      No salary increment Low basic salary No release letter They dont care about their people Hr management dont know what theyre doing They are all politics. If management dont like you, HR will follow. Not a good environment. Stressful and will mentally drained you
