      A lot of room for improvement

      Pros

      The facilities are nice The salary is competitive for some markets. The project is interesting.

      Cons

      The toxic environment and childish team leaders spoil all the experience. The career progression depends more on friends you have rather than on your competence. Harassment takes place in this company and the OMs do nothing when the situation is reported.

      Poor company to work for

      It pays well depending on the job.

      Cons

      Training went well however after training your own your own and they send you calls your not trained or qualified to handle and expect you to handle it and don't allow you to transfer the call to the right department with out getting in trouble.

      Cares about Employees' continual employment

      Pros

      I have seen Concentrix Staff provide "in house lateral movement" to current employees where other company's would simply lay people off. This rare behavior has been consistent before, during, and after COVID.

      Cons

      Concentrix is a large Global company, and naturally has some of the issues that most global companies do. But they also have various teams working to smooth out these issues where possible
