      Pros

      We have the best site director and HR manager. They are always solution oriented and look for opportunities of improvement. We have site wide engagements to help boost moral. They provide any new company updates to ensure we are all informed and keep our facility clean.

      If you want to watch mgrs be mouthy and rude to one another and condescending to employees THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU.

      Not a single one except it's rather easy to learn the job

      Aside from one or two mgmt, the entire lot mock their employees, lack any helpful coaching opportunities, diminish them with condescending comments and terminate employees if they don't do what they're told instead of coaching to success. It's no wonder that consensus has the reputation that they have. Don't work there unless you're just looking to earn a paycheck as a buffer job I have no intent on staying cuz it's not really a place where you will ever get to grow and you'll ever get to feel appreciated. If you're looking for a job that you can at least have a little bit of pride in performing on a day today this ain't the place for you to see the place for anyone expected to fill the obligations of a job and know that they appreciate you being there you will never get that here

      The supervisors in concentrix are such a power trippers and unprofessional. If a supervisor doesn't like a person in his/her team, this supervisor will just make that person suffer then terminate that person for attendance issues. Concentrix supervisors doesn't accept any medical certificates from other clinics except The Medical City which is very expensive if you don't have an HMO. Employees of Concentrix will get their HMO after 6 months. So if you are absent because of medical reasons within 6 months of employment you will pay THOUSANDS out of the pocket for your medical checkups and Medical Certificate and another THOUSANDS for the Gut To Work Certificate in The Medical City. Then when you get back to work, the supervisor will just terminate you after yor shift because of attendance issue and they will let you sign the termination letter infront of your station. CONCENTRIX IS THE BEST!!!
