Not a single one I noticed.

Cons

Prokarma was good. After merging with Concentrix it became worst. Instead of increasing the package according to employee experience and designation as per companies policies they are manipulating with the employee designation. No carrier growth. Upper management is getting worst and resigning. Review cycle is not on time and not giving arrears.

On-time salary, Transport facility, Top Client companies who pay good incentives

Cons

Management keeps on continuing with people who are not fit for the role, Growth is absent, People are promoted for their relations with top management and not their skills, Company expects you to forget your incentives in order to move to SME or higher role. Management expects agents to share feedback but they share the same among themselves. Politics in abundance. Rotational Shifts is a myth, You might be stuck in the same shift for a year. The company demands 9.30 hrs but expects you to work more. No Loyalty bonus, no night allowance, no weekend bonus, no goodies from the company.

Pros

In hiring, you can negotiate for better pay as I have seen people get above-average pay. That's where the pros end.

Cons

It was full of cons after merging with Prokarma and acquiring one of their BFSI projects. At the time of writing this everyone is resigning due to management. Poor work-life balance, (People from higher management will make you sit till 3 AM to work) Bad managers, FIlled with managers who are rude and know how to play safe and blame others.
