      Stay as far away from a place that will not support you

      Pros

      The agents you help are amazing, the teams you lead are easily the best part of working here.

      Cons

      Low pay, threatening of benefits instead of offering more competitive pay, little support from higher ups or even direct leads, especially in facing unreasonable clients. Toxic people are allowed to stay because of knowledge base instead of being transferred or removed. Please stay as far away from this company as you can if you jave other job prospects

      Very Easy to get hired

      Cons

      Management is full of adults who were losers in high school so they abuse there positions and if you aren't sucking up and joining their gang they pick with you and steal your time short your pay and play with your schedule.

      Lack of transparency, toxic environment.

      Pros

      Home office used to be a nice benefit, but they took it away.

      Cons

      Aggressive sales strategy and lack of proper technical support are pushing away the clients, but we’re still being told to call them repeatedly even if they explicitly rejected our service. The company doesn’t shy away from misinforming the employees if it helps to squeeze more effort out of them. Last year they promised they will let us work from home if the performance is on point. It’s never been mentioned in the contract, but it was verbally communicated during our meetings. Then the management has changed and in the end, we are all (Berliners) being forcefully pushed back to the office, some people even had to resign because of this.
