1. Entirely remote work. 2. Extremely accessible HR department. 3. Interesting work. 4. Smart team members.

Cons

1. Poor starting salary. 2. Poor salary increases. 3. Lack of communication from management. 4. Very few holidays and PTO. 5. No bonuses for anyone under the VP level.
