      Pros

      Decent Benefits - not the best but alright RRSP match good company to work if you like taking calls - pretty secure job if you are a decent performer

      Cons

      1) Unsupportive higher management 2) vague business practices - you never know whats happening until the last min 3) Bonus- totally depends on who the senior manager is, they will give out bonus if they feel like 4) big ask for little salary 5) career progression after team leader is non existence - its a swamp

      Pros

      Safe work environment. Not toxic at all.

      Cons

      Salary is very low as compared to the amount of work you have to do. Slow growth. Even if you stay for 2 or more years, there'll only be a 3 - 10% hike plus you'll still be at the same position from where you started
