After peak season, they will find any way to get rid of you. Since July, my reviews on calls would be consistent and mostly 100%. During training and nesting, would be told I am doing my calls properly. Received promotions, and raises. Then when peak season is over, and there is a company wide pay raise. Suddenly the calls I was being told were 100% and good calls, are now violating policy. The calls were done the exact same way. Zero consistency, and management will never be on your side, it is dog eat dog. When they want you out, they will find a way to get you out. The rug will be literally pulled from underneath you. And the weeks prior to you being fired. You will be tiptoeing walking on ice. Not sure what you are doing wrong, or what they will find you are doing wrong. My TL was out due to equipment outage. And I received 2 call reviews within 5 days that were violating policy. However, I wasn't even coached on what I was doing wrong because my TL was out. But I was told to acknowledge the "coaching" in UCSR and they will explain later. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Considering consulting with an attorney about wrongful termination. You cannot tell someone for 6 months they are doing their job perfectly, and then within weeks, fire you saying it was being your performance was poor. When the calls were done the exact same way for those 6 months. I was recommending Concentrix to all my friends. But now I will just tell them to stay far away.

Severe micromanagement and no support for staff from higher ups. Direct team leaders for the most part were good people trying their best to be supportive - however - Clearly, they are not valued by the company. I personally went through around 14 team leaders during the 1 year I worked there - of which - none seemed happy. I witnessed each one either quit, get demmoted/let go without any warning via email or memo. When i finally quit - i couldn't even figure out who to send my resignation to. Eventually i just sent it to HR and struggled to even get a response out of them prior to leaving.
