Pros

Minimum Wage, Agents are cool, management is not.

Cons

Minimum Wage. Upper management has no clue how the smaller contracts operate, Team communication on the floor is horrible , things take forever to get completed. Workplace complaints are either ignored or group punishment is used, They try so hard to treat you like a person but in upper level meetings and conversations you are just a wage and that's it. Understaffed roles and people willing to move for more hours but instead they would rather do a hiring run of 24 people and turn over 17 in the first week.

it was really fun to work here, meet new relation and making friends of it.

overtime as a call center agent.
