Pros

Offers full time or part time

Cons

No room for advancement. All the Team leads and management are either close personal friends, romantically involved with each other or blood relatives. So unless you're sleeping with one of them or related, you never get promoted. No paid sick days. 10 days of holiday per year. 6 days in a year you can request to have your scheduled day off on a specific date. Even then they are likely to mess up the scheduling and it's somehow going to be your fault. There's supposed to be tuition reimbursement. That takes several months for them to process if they cannot find a loophole to deny it. There are no security guidelines. The company makes them up as they go along and you can get fired or reprimanded for that. The benefits are pretty poor. Have to pay for your own in the end. Poor management who don't communicate with each other. Depending on who you ask you get different answers for anything and everything. They add hours to the schedule at random without warning and you are supposed to know and be there by the telepathic link that informs you your schedule has been altered because that's all you do on your day off.

Pros

No calls. That's all i can think of.

Cons

Too many.. Ive been working in the company around months. It has really bad reputation in the city. Really stupid Management, which requires from you to adhere to all rules, if you late 1 minute, they will make an official discussion , you can be late only 2 in 6 months (even if ure sick and have a proof), after that you are fired. Some managers are alright, but Senior make it terrible. Basically you feel like a slave on the slave ship. CUlture and values just dont exist, remove those hanging boards from ceiling saying about high culture. Some managers shout at you for smallest reason. I would never recommend this company to the friend.

Pros

It's a job. I'd say getting paid is a pro, but sometimes they can't even pay you ontime. Well go over that in the next section.

Cons

It's a call center farm. Too many people and too many rules. 3 minutes of bathroom time, schedules created by people who work overseas and have no idea what they're doing. "Bonuses" based off of surveys. (Which your job is based on, but you and the company are grouped in together and the feedback isn't separate on said surveys so it's impossible to always get good surveys). There's no organization. Everyday the rules change. In the Arizona office there are 3 HR people to about 2,000 employees in the building. You can tell how well that works out. I tried to let someone go once for poor performance but I couldn't because we were understaffed... so we kept horrible people around ton fill the gaps.
