*Terminal boredom *A managerial culture of incompetence, dishonesty, favouritism and hypocrisy *Selective punitive micro-management of staff who know what you're like and aren't afraid to speak the truth...while turning a blind eye to office favourites doing as they please - online shopping while they should be working, turning up late, leaving early, dictating their roster and under-performing *management who are deluded and think their workplace is amazing

Horrendous lack of training

Ability to work from home, computer provided, great coworkers, has the potential to be great but needs a major overhaul in training

Cons

Lack of training and support. 3 weeks of general knowledge training. No hands on experience at all with call interface and thrown to the wolves first day after "training". The managers are not bad they are very nice but there is barely any of them and nobody there to help hundreds of new untrained employees making their customers very angry because nobody knows how to do anything at all. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't want my company outsourced to them for service or I would worry of going bankrupt.

It is a easy job, you know you'll always get your hours. Benefits after probation period. Easy promotions. Working for Nike was the best part of working for Concentrix.

Cons

Over time is mandatory sometimes Never get your paycheck and if you do its most of the time incorrect. HR turn over rate is insane.
