The stress from working here finally made me go to therapy

You’re nothing but a number is not truer for any company more than it is for Concentrix. Looking at how incompetent higher management is here, it’s clear everyone just seems to fail their way upwards. Must be a battle of the strongest - whoever can hold out the longest. Soul draining, underpaying, lacking support.
