not the best place to work

Pros

I was able to work from home which is always a plus. Other than that, there really aren't any pros.

Cons

incompetent management, absolutely ZERO communication between departments or projects. Each project is essentially its' own little "kingdom", and is run as such. The on-bording and off-boarding departments of certain projects do not like to talk to each other, thus creating massive headaches that can cost employees money in lost hours while everyone figures out what to do next. Their attitude is always "oh dee doh, be grateful you have a job, peasant."

Pros

The only Pro I can say about this place, is that I've made lifetime friends with my coworkers. Some of the most dedicated, caring, loyal people here.

Cons

Where do I start? Payroll is a mess, the pay is 20% lower than other companies, no perks what so ever. Not even plastic utensils or napkins are supplied. If you need office supplies, good luck. I ended up bringing my own. HR is a mess. There are no policies, & I mean zero. If you try to make one, the spoiled execs will always override it. The CEO has his hands in every single thing we do. He questions our titles, & pinches every cent, literally. Yet he has a lot of electronics in his office, & yet is never there. (I have been to his location once, couldn't believe my eyes.) Yet they can't even supply utensils. The companies turn over is hundreds of people each week. They keep buying other companies, yet, can't pay the best of the best properly. They favor the Philippines & India because the pay rate is pennies compared to ours. I've heard the parent company has had multiple bomb threats. Seriously? That's a sign right there to not work here. They must have done badly when they let go of employees due to a RIF. I can't wait to see what it's like when they let our group go. I'm outta here the first chance I get. CEO needs to go.

Pros

Good if you wanted a quick job that can pay some bills.

Cons

Management are cast offs from other failed accounts. No way to progress. Favouritism - applied for a management position and was rejected in favour of a highschool dropout despite putting in extra hours for months to assist. Being surrounded by kids. It's in the middle of nowhere. Rubbish pay. Rubbish hours. After working on the Action Fraud account for almost a year, taking reports on behalf of the City of London Police. I became shocked once I heard one of the management speaking about what they have take at the weekends. I do not want to work with people like this. Especially on a police account. I am also looking to leave as I have had many friends who were targeted, without due cause by the HMRC account in Belfast.
