From the beging be ready that any moment you can loose your job. I have heard trainers who have dropped in during our training to discuss with our trainer whom they want to keep and whom they dont want to sacked. Trainers dont think twice before abusing you or even using cuss words ( galis ) they even dont spare your parents so do the team leaders and managers. There are some words which you cant use in front of female employees but they do. If you think about escalating dont ever do that as you will losse your job. Inspite of being experienced you will be considered as a fresher and you will be treated as if you dont know anything. The work pressure is so much that if you are sick you wont get a leave I have seen people who are suffering from chicken pox or dengue or measels are forced to come to office. Also there is lot of biaseness or faveratism if you are one of the lucky onces then your manager, trainer, teamlead will help you during ceartain tests that you need to give during training also if you are not performing well you will get help from them to clear your certifications. If you dont attend parties or get toghers organised either by your team lead or manager then you become an outcast. Also there is no corporate culture
