Pros

Multicultural environment with a lot of career progression opportunities. New building, facilities are very good. Belfast is also a great place to live, just the right size.

Cons

Schedules can be tough on some projects, with very early working hours (6-7am); After a year tasks can get repetitive, sometimes you can change between projects for this reason

Pros

A good opportunity to try and live in another country and it pays the bills.

Cons

Extremely repetitive. Extreme on team competition, fostered by management, making people quit quickly and generally destroying team spirit. Only a good place if you're an IT-guy.

A chance to learn something new.

It truly was a chance to learn insurance reimbursement but the processing part of the job was not made clear to me. Nor was the support available when questions arose.

Cons

Stressful enviornment. Scheduling system is a bit overrated, get rid of it
