Better than unemployment. Career Advancement Opportunities (they will promote mouth breathers into management roles) Centrally Located In Tempe Breaks Lunches Days Off

Cons

Inept leadership, Lack of infrastructure, Never know if pay is going to be correct (does payroll on Excel Spreadsheets). I could see street prostitutes with violent pimps having better morale than a concentrix employee.

Flexible working location, can work at home, no strict time management

Cons

no salary review since transfering from IBM for 1.5 years, company culture is childish, Manager and CEO are very poorly-minded, Lack of systematic process, a lot of cost cutting and profit driven, I hate everything except the fact that I could work at home

I worked here for a short period of time but I will say that the training that I was receiving was great and my trainer was very friendly. Resources were great in training and I was learning things.

Cons

I was supposed to get paid for the first 2 days I worked on the first check in the mail it took almost 2 weeks to receive that pay check after multiple phone calls. It seemed impossible to get a strange answer about when you would receive your paycheck and I believed that was do to them being unorganized.
