The company has a lot of potential in regards to its service offerings and intellectual property. They have the potential to impact the future of technology in the world.

Cons

They've squandered their potential by bringing in management who operates using the good ol' boy system (the original Conduent CEO as well as the new CEO). These managers don't have the knowledge and expertise in their areas of focus, and this is resulting in the mismanagement of operations and client relationships. They don't respect employees. They operate with an ivory tower mentality.
