Huge disconnect between managers, terrible training, managers do not communicate with their employees, everybody is on drugs, forced overtime, compensation that they talk so highly of is a JOKE, pay is a joke in terms of a living wage, your job could be non-existent and you have 2 days notice

People are disposable, overworked and aren't paid what they should be paid. There are senior leaders at this company that do not care if their employees have no work-life balance. Will lie to the customers about what can be done without asking the team on what's possible and then hold the team accountable when deadlines are missed or work simply can't be completed due to what the customer requested. Senior leaders have asked employees to travel for months away from their families, without any care of how they are impacted. My wife was giving birth to our child and I was told I HAD to join and present in a meeting or I would get in trouble, so had to do a presentation in a hospital regardless of what I said or requested. The saddest part is that the good people get let go or leave, while these bad leaders keep growing in the company.
