There are absolutely no pros to this job. The job itself isn’t promising at all! Your job is always at stake if your co-workers aren’t your friends.

Cons

This place is a buddy system... where no matter how unqualified you are.. as long as you’re friends with management they will take up for your wrongdoings. This place is unorganized...ghetto.. and simply the worst job I’ve ever ...EVER had! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to work at this slave house.

Never a dull moment Lots of things to do Meet lots of people from all over the world Work@Home good portion of the time Flexible hours There are some super competent managers, employees, PMs Good online learning opportunities (but then... what IT company couldn't do this?)

Cons

Lip service to ethics, non-discrimination, security, accountability, competence (but lip service does not match on-the-ground reality. Show me, don't tell me!) There are way too many middle-of-road (or flat incompetent) than excellent managers, employees, PMs Near total disregard for employee retention... Arrogance assumes good people won't leave, but this year they're leaving in droves 2019 massive cut of salaries, 401k match, bonuses, travel, while increasing benefits costs, and lowering their quality Cutting of Work@Home demanding "facetime" to improve morale (doesn't really work) Way too many incompetent people brought in as warm bodies to fill rosters rather than quality minds to build the future. Is recruiting asleep at the switch?

a) Poor Top Management b) No 401k, Other benefits are really bad c) Annual performance review increments are in decimals (0.40%, 0.80% etc) d) Company is so political that HR never hears any issues e) No career growth
