Pros

-Remote depending on your position -Unlimited PTO depending on your position

Cons

-Leadership breeds a toxic culture that relies on pressure instead of motivation -Unprofessional during meetings, constant yelling and talking over each other -No teamwork across departments—progress only happens when a senior leader throws a tantrum -Inappropriate comments about race and gender occurred regularly -Weekend work is common and sometimes expected -High turnover at the corporate level leads to constant disorganization -Company laid off employees with no plan in place to reassign their responsibilities. Teams are smaller than ever but expected to do more -Stagnant, outdated culture -Managers don't care about your career growth -Onboarding is nonexistent -No annual raise, no 401k match -Only 7 corporate holidays—day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve aren’t included, which is hard for those without unlimited PTO

Pros

Work from home was nice

Cons

Insane metrics. I felt like a hamster running in a wheel being threatened every time I left the wheel. You have 10 seconds between calls. TEN SECONDS. CALLS ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. Trainers that have never been on the phones are training classes. They have no clue the complexity of the calls. All they do is teach you from documents. People started faking technical problems because they couldn't stay on the phones non-stop all day. Others would go into unavailable mode and just face the consequences. During training the call volume was great and we had 5-20 minutes between calls. What they didn't tell us what that they would put us in 173 QUEUES when we were out of training. 173!!!!!! They never told us that beginning January 1st, they were taking on many, many more contracts. They knew we would leave if they told us. These people don't care about humans. They care about money and how much they can squeeze out of the least amount of workers. This is the worst place I have ever worked and I don't think that record will ever be broken.

Pros

There is nothing good about this company

Cons

This company will write you up for anything. If you don’t meet your metrics, if you don’t follow the script they now provide. If you need time off and don’t have vacation time they deny. If you use the 10 days for sickness they will write you up and fire you. They charge their policies to accommodate them to either write you up or fire you. If you have electric outages or WiFi issues they count that against you. This company is a nightmare.
