Cons

Cons: poor management. Cannotdoit (Conduent) is a complete joke of a company. There is no flexibility, you work STRICT schedules. Wife is sick: To them? Who cares! Kids Sick? Oh well DEAL with it. You have a disability? They'll tell you: "Employment is at will!!!" This company is COMPLETE TRASH I've only met TWO Good supervisors (Alina and Courtney are AWESOME). SENIOR Managers however, are a COMPLETE JOKE. If I get fired for this review, oh well; I'll SUE!!! I guess that's the ONLY way to get someone here to take you serious as a human being. Had I KNOWN this company had such horrible reviews, I would've stayed FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAP HOLE!!!! I know people with ADA accommodations that have been harassed here. This job is ONLY for those who outright NEED a job at the moment, but here me when I say this: Do NOT come in thinking to make a CAREER out of this place!!! I took it because I needed a job, but my resume COMPLETELY outweighs ANYONE in management here; yet I was told that This ($18.25hr) is all I was qualified (mind you I was making that wage 10 YEARS AGO). RUN FROM THIS PLACE

Pros

- Very diverse teams with lots of cool people due to the nature of a lot of the jobs being international

Cons

- Lost their employees data in a data breach and did a terrible job supporting them - Low Salaries, will try to intimidate and gaslight their employees when trying to request a salary increase - Management seems to pocket lots of the money themselves and get invited to award shows, trips and parties but can't even organise a Christmas party for their employees - Terrible management and communication - Terrible people in management (racist and bigoted comments overheard) - Low Moral, low incentives - Made their workers relocate and then made them redundant less than 2 months later - Lots of redundancies - Little career progression

Pros

It's a job. They have bare minimum insurance and benefits. Only 1% match on 401K and only after being there a year, which most people DO NOT last a year.

Cons

Things change everyday, which would be fine, but they also don't prepare you for the changes at all. Bare minimum information given. Sometimes they inform you day of. Sometimes they don't inform you at all. You learn from the customer instead. No management. The supervisors report to someone but it doesn't seem like they ever truly know anything either. So everyone is in the dark all the time. Very cheap and greedy style of management. They have been cutting people's hours due to a lack of work but then it's been busy! So really they just wanted to cut hours for no reason other than that they can get away with overworking people for less money. They can give you less hours!! Make sure if you want a full 40 hours to get it in writing or something. They will shorten your hours at will! They move you to different departments at will as well. I started and was told I'd be working for one department but apparently that filled up so I got moved elsewhere. Training is a month but really it's 3 weeks and then they put you on the phones! It's not nearly enough to prepare. Most were overwhelmed and quit.
